Really sounds practical, however, most of them also curious about contributing to the welfare of the society. As a founder of an IT company, In addition to offering various specialized programs for overall employee development, we emphasize that employees of our company apart from making money also help the society financially and socially.
As in many organizations, they have a particular fraternity they would like to give a donation to. Definitely, there is a cause to satisfy the basic needs of the society. We engage our employees to give back to their communities in an outlet of their choosing commonly referred to as VTO, Volunteer time off. Employees enrolled in the company's volunteer program more likely to feel a strong sense of company loyalty and to be proud of their company’s values. This also strengthened the relationship among their colleagues and developed teamwork and people skills. Transparency does matter and any contribution to the society should be shown to the common people. Being a founder of “Websetters”, we want this organization to flourish with our employees’ and giving them ample opportunities to succeed professionally, technically sound, positive and responsible citizen of the society.
